WILDLIFE CONSERVATION EXHIBITION
Dali, Yunnan | China
The exhibition takes place in the ancient city of Dali, Yunnan in partnership with the Dali Art Center, Dali Photography Museum, Wild China, Wildlife Conservation Film Foundation (WCFF), WildAid, and the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Fund (CBCGDF) .
A three month immersive photography show sourced from WCFF, WildAid, CBCGDF and a multitude of independent award winning, international photographers featuring alongside interactive displays and a range of feature and short documentary, award winning, world and China premiere films in English and Mandarin will be the centerpiece of this groundbreaking event that will be a first of its kind in China and will highlight a variety of different ecological zones introducing the audience to the myriad ecosystems that intertwine to support life on our planet.
The wildlife festival will be hosted at the Dali Art Factory home of the Dali Photography Museum. A celebrity film series from WildAid will be a highlight of the film festival and feature Lang Lang, Li Guangli (Jerry), Jiang Yiyan (Kiki), and Liu Huan. The opening week will feature a variety of events and receptions in the Dali Art Factory with food, drink, film and music. Invitees will include civic and business leaders across China, along with celebrities and high profile dignitaries.
